According to Dokuz Eylul University Graduate Education Regulations, applications of foreign national students graduating from abroad universities are announced at the Graduate School’s web page as “Applications of Foreign National Graduate Students from Abroad Universities” within the framework of the quotas declared by the Chair of Departments, for Fall semester in June and for Spring semester in December.
