Candidates should submit their documents to the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences’ Students Affairs, no later than the date of August 08,2018 by 5:00pm.
The language of the graduate education of Computer Engineering, Biomedical Technologies, Environmental Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Statistics is in English.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of three programs for M.Sc and single program for Ph.D, if they hold necessary degree title.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
- Diploma: Bachelor’s diploma for M.Sc. applicants, Bachelor’s and M.Sc. diploma for Ph.D. applicants.
- Note Status Certificate: For M.Sc. applications; bachelor’s degree transcripts, for Ph.D. applications; bachelor’s and graduate degree transcripts.
- ALES (GRE) results.
- Two reference letters.
- It is necessary for the applicants of 30% English supported Turkish programs to have a certificate provided by TÖMER (Turkish Learning Center) or DEDAM (Dokuz Eylul University Language Research and Teaching Center) for evidence of proficiency in Turkish. Applicants of 100 % English programs may bring their TÖMER or DEDAM certificates during their education period.
- English Proficiency Licenses(*)
- Approval of the Higher Education Council on whether Undergraduate / Graduate education is appropriate or the previous education is recognized by the Board of Higher Education. (The applications not having the approval document of Higher Education Council will be conditionally accepted until the applicants get the approval.)
(*): The applications of candidates who do not have valid “English Proficiency License” will not be accepted.
Foreign Language Certificate:
English Proficiency License For Program Application (*): According to Dokuz Eylül University Graduate Education Regulations; For M. Sc. Applicants, candidates applying to the programs of The Graduate School at 2018/2019 Academic Year, should certify that they have a score of minimum 50 taken (within last 3 years) from central foreign language examination (English) of OSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center), or an equivalent score from the examinations that are recognized as equivalent by the OSYM Board (http://www.yok.gov.tr/web/denklikbirimi/yabanci-dil-esdegerlikler), or have a score of 55 taken from the examination of Foreign Language Proficiency Licence provided by The School of Foreign Languages of our University.
English Proficiency License For Program Registeration (*):
Candidates who are eligible to make final registration to the programs, have to prove that they have a score of 65 taken from the examination of Foreign Language Proficiency Licence provided by The School of Foreign Languages of our University, or a score of minimum 60 taken (within last 3 years) from central foreign language examination (English) of OSYM, or an equivalent score from the examinations that are recognized as equivalent by the OSYM Board (http://www.yok.gov.tr/web/denklikbirimi/yabanci-dil-esdegerlikler. The candidates who does not meet those requirements are obliged to have foreign language preparatory education.
Ph. D. Applicants have to prove that they have minimum 60 from central foreign language examination (English) of OSYM, or an equivalent score from the examinations that are recognized as equivalent by the OSYM Board.
